Description
Describing this house is a challenging task and would demand more time. It was a house that was desired and suffered. Sleepless nights spent in one room while everything outside was demolished, a mass of rubble. I had to have this experience to study its energies, noises, sounds, air, scents. It may sound strange, but I always rely on my natural intuition and perhaps my sensitivity to perceive the energy that emanates from a house, and all my work starts from here. But to do this I need a highly timeless solitude. I had to try to discover the emotions, the feelings and sometimes even the fears. And then the result, after so much work and effort, was surprising. Villa Montenero began to thrive again. It took a good amount of courage to revive the character of this elegant house and all the elements that it concerned. Today the Villa can finally be admired in all its splendor with balances composed of lights, with mostly neutral colors, ample spaces, and a design that I believe has simple but very well thought lines, large windows that grant stunning views of breathtaking sunsets, as well as astonishing surrounding vineyards.
