On the ground floor: large kitchen with dining room, living room with fireplace and guest bathroom;

On the first floor: 3 large double bedrooms each with independent bathroom and a study;

On the second floor: three further double bedrooms each served with its own bathroom. In each room there is air conditioning.

Outside: we find a porch furnished with a beautiful marble table and comfortable sofas. The 6X12 swimming pool and a wonderful garden with olive trees and cypresses offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and Todi and is perfectly equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. The property is only 12 km from Todi, an ideal location for a holiday in Umbria.

Security deposit: EUR 500 to be paid to MG before arrival as specified in the booking confirmation.
Deposit: 30% upon booking, balance 30 working days before arrival.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Saturday (depending on other bookings) arrival from 4pm and departure by 10am; different days on request.

MG is delighted to create customized itineraries for our guests, including guided tours to national parks, gastronomic tours, or cultural city tours. We can book a private chef for your stay or arrange cooking classes for you. Upon request, nannies, drivers, massage therapists, and yoga instructors are also available.
