In the enchanting Umbrian hills, a few kilometers from the wonderful medieval city of Todi, Villa Ortali is a property completely renovated by the Miani Group team. The unique location of the villa, ideal for regenerating your senses, offers total privacy and enchanting sunsets. The manor villa combines the beauty of the traditional Umbrian stone farmhouse with a wonderful interior design with attention to detail.

It develops on 3 levels:

• On the ground floor there is an open space kitchen and living room, living area with TV and working fireplace, bathroom as well as a large bedroom with spacious internal bathroom.
• On the first floor two large bedrooms both with their own bathroom.
• On the second floor wonderful master bedroom with bathroom and relaxation area, bedroom with bathroom and study.

The annex, in addition to an additional kitchen and living room, offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Outside, a few meters from the buildings there is a splendid 5x12 swimming pool with breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys.

The property is only 12 km from the historic center of Todi.

Cleaning is included in the weekly rental price.

Security deposit: EUR 500 to be paid to MG before arrival as specified in the booking confirmation.
Deposit: 30% upon booking, balance 30 working days before arrival.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Saturday (depending on other bookings) arrival from 4pm and departure by 10am; different days on request.

Recreational activities

MG is happy to create tailor-made itineraries for our guests, including guided tours of national parks, food and wine tours or cultural city tours. We can book a private chef for your stay or organize cooking lessons for you. Nannies, drivers, masseurs and yoga instructors are also available upon request.
