This intervention reinterprets a historic building through a complete reconstruction, maintaining a strong bond with tradition while introducing contemporary solutions in terms of comfort, technology, and sustainability.

The entrance opens onto a spacious and light-filled area, defined by a helical staircase and floor-to-ceiling windows that create a direct dialogue between the interiors and the surrounding landscape.
