North Wing: Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining area, and modern kitchen. Large windows open onto the garden with views of Montalcino, and an outdoor pergola equipped for dining and barbecues provides the perfect setting for alfresco evenings.

South Wing: Three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a warm, traditional atmosphere, a large living room with fireplace, and a Tuscan-style built-in kitchen, offering a cozy and authentic Tuscan ambiance.
The charming two-storey annex includes a ground-floor living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with bathroom, and views over the olive grove and pool, while the upper floor hosts an open-plan suite with double bedroom and private bathroom for added privacy and comfort.
