The Casale, nestled on the hillside of Saturnia, a renowned destination for its thermal baths, presents a charming and well-articulated structure, surrounded by a lush and panoramic garden, partially terraced to offer you a spectacular view. The originally shaped swimming pool is a true vantage point, where you can be enchanted by the landscape that stretches as far as the eye can see.

Coming from the parking area, which is higher than the house, one descends down a flight of Roman stone steps that will lead to a small porch, from which one enters the interior. On the other side of the house is another porch, with sliding glass windows, furnished with sofas and tables for outdoor dining. Here, in the front lawn, there is also a BBQ area and a cozy outdoor living room, from which to admire the beautiful wooded valley.

The spacious and bright interiors, with exposed beams and a warm and refined atmosphere, will give the warm feeling of being at home. Spaces designed for conviviality and relaxation, where you can meet around the fireplace, enjoy the breakfast and lunch room, and live outdoors thanks to comfortable equipped corners. The property can accommodate 14 people: there are 5 bedrooms, 1 room with 2 single beds and a sofa-bed for an additional 2 people.
