Villa Ortali & Guest House – Umbria
Description
Villa Ortali is a charming estate of over 10 hectares surrounded by a truly fascinating naturalistic landscape.
The Miani Group in the person of Emanuela Miani over the past few years has first renovated with the turnkey formula the main farmhouse of about 500 square meters. Subsequently, always with the same formula, the adjacent ruin of additional 120sqm.
Today the Miani Group is completing the third annex, which involves demolition and reconstruction. The entire real estate operation was designed with the client to offer the seasonal rental market a delightful luxury residence with a total of 16 beds, all with private bathrooms.
