The property is a few kilometers from Pisa, and well connected to all basic services and consists of a main villa and a guest house.
On the ground floor of the villa we find a large living room, living area and fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor there’s a beautiful bedroom (king size) with its own private bathroom.
On the second floor of the Villa, additional 4 very spacious bedrooms ( 3king size – 1queen size), 2 rooms with single beds; On this floor private bathrooms are located in 2 of the rooms, the other 4 share 2 bathrooms.
The annex has an additional kitchen, dining and living area, 1 bedroom (queen size) and its own bathroom.
Outside, the gardens are designed with simplicity in mind where we find a magnificent swimming pool, relaxation area bbq area for unforgettable dinners.
