On the ground floor, a spacious Carrara marble kitchen is fully equipped with top-tier appliances, including two dishwashers, an oven, an induction cooktop, three refrigerators (one with ice maker), and a dedicated wine fridge. An indoor fireplace for barbecuing adds charm and functionality. A large living room with a big-screen TV connects to the east-facing terrace, ideal for al-fresco dining with breathtaking views of Montepulciano. The main dining area is also located on this floor.
