In 2019, she founded Miani Group S.r.l., a company specializing in Luxury Estate & Bespoke Real Estate Projects.
Today, the group includes over 30 professionals—architects, technicians, project managers, and property managers—and creates prestigious residences in Italy and abroad, offering an integrated and highly personalized service.

Paul Makepeace

Paul Edward Makepeace recently concluded a long and prestigious career in the City of London, where he served as Head of European Trading in the equity division of the American investment bank Stifel Nicolaus.

With over 30 years of experience in global financial markets, Paul has worked as a senior trader in convertible bonds and hedge funds, gaining solid expertise in both the equity and fixed income sectors. His career has taken him to some of the most important financial hubs in the world, including New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, and London, where he held high-profile positions in leading institutions.

He is recognized for his deep knowledge of a wide range of financial instruments and for his strategic vision in investment decision-making processes.

Today, as Head of Investments and Financial Operations for Miani Group, Paul leverages his international experience to guide the Group’s financial development, with a particular focus on strategic evaluations, real estate transactions, and capital management.

Nathan Dammicco

Nathan has nurtured a deep passion for travel, hospitality, and the tourism industry since a young age — elements that have guided him in building a personal and professional path strongly oriented toward internationalization and the promotion of local heritage.

Fascinated by the cultures and traditions of the countries he has had the opportunity to explore, Nathan has lived and studied abroad, honing his language and intercultural skills across the United States, the Caribbean, and Canada. These formative experiences have enriched him not only on a personal level but also professionally, providing him with a global perspective and a strong ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

In Italy, he obtained his certification as a Real Estate Agent and Property Manager from the Chamber of Commerce of Perugia, thereby acquiring the technical and regulatory skills necessary to operate in the real estate market with professionalism, precision, and reliability.

Today, he holds the position of Head of the Rental Department & Property Management at Miani Group, a company with which he shares core values such as excellence in service, attention to detail, and the enhancement of prestigious properties in unique settings.

Within the group, Nathan coordinates activities related to the management and promotion of exclusive villas, overseeing every aspect of the relationship with both property owners and clients — from real estate consulting to the operational management of the properties. His approach combines solid technical know-how with a strong focus on the client experience, aiming to deliver tailored solutions and high-end services.

Thanks to his international experience, language skills, and natural ability to listen, Nathan is able to understand the needs of an increasingly demanding international clientele, providing comprehensive, discreet, and personalized assistance.

Nora Bebiè Fries

Nora was born in Italy to Swiss parents, a cultural blend that from a young age allowed her to develop a deep sensitivity towards the territory, traditions, and the many cultural facets of Italy.

She earned a master’s degree in Promotion of Italy and Made in Italy at the University for Foreigners of Perugia, a course of study that further strengthened her knowledge and passion for the country’s cultural and tourism heritage.

At Miani Group, Nora is a key member of the Hospitality Team and Travel Planning, where she enthusiastically dedicates herself to creating tailor-made itineraries. Her mission is to guide each guest to an authentic discovery of the true Italian essence, combining cultural, food and wine, and scenic experiences to transform every trip into an unforgettable and personalized journey.

Thanks to her multicultural background and deep knowledge of the territory, Nora ensures attentive and refined service, capable of meeting the expectations of the most demanding clients.

Charlotte Dammicco

Photographer and Social Media Manager with a solid international background in film and multimedia. Her academic and professional journey has led her to live and study in various parts of the world, including the Caribbean, Canada, London, the United States, and Rome—experiences that have deeply enriched her artistic vision and cultural sensitivity.

She graduated from John Cabot University, a prestigious American university based in the Italian capital, where she stood out for her creative and professional approach. During her academic journey, she received an award for excellence in media production, a recognition that confirmed her ability to combine technical skills with a strong narrative vision.

Her training is rooted in a solid cinematic foundation, which is reflected in the aesthetic care of her photographs and her ability to create coherent and engaging visual narratives. Her style is characterized by attention to detail, the pursuit of natural light, and an interest in the stories that emerge from the interaction between people, spaces, and emotions.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with cultural and creative organizations in various countries, carrying out projects ranging from editorial photography to visual communication for institutions, brands, and the film industry. This international experience has allowed her to develop a strong adaptability, a multicultural perspective, and a dynamic and empathetic communication approach.

She currently works as a photographer and digital communications manager for Miani Group, a real estate company, handling the strategic management of social media channels and the production of visual content that tells the story of the company’s identity, projects, and experiences. Her goal is to transform images and words into tools for connection, inspiration, and authentic storytelling.
