On the east side, a bright dining room and a modern kitchen with central island provide the perfect setting for convivial moments.
The ground floor is completed by a fully equipped laundry area with all necessary appliances.
Bedrooms & Private Spaces
From the entrance, a full-height designer staircase in iron and wood leads to the upper floor, where the sleeping area is located. This level features a master bedroom of approximately 50 sqm with en-suite bathroom, complete with both shower and bathtub, a study area, a second bedroom with private bathroom, and a magnificent panoramic terrace.
Guest House
Completing the property is a guest house adjacent to the main villa, ideal for hosting guests or larger families, comprising a living area and three bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom.
