The villa accommodates up to 16 guests within a traditional Italian farmhouse reinterpreted through a contemporary design lens. The Villa offers 6 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 singles each. Vintage and modern elements coexist harmoniously, with carefully selected antiques alongside bespoke furnishings designed by the owners and crafted by local artisans. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and subtly playful, inspired by the great traditions of Italian design.

Interior spaces are enriched with character, featuring a record player with a vinyl collection, a movie projector, fashion and music books, and a shared laptop. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart speaker, while the living room includes a 55-inch smart TV. The villa is fully equipped with modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, coffee machine, and all essential comforts.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a large swimming pool, a 16-seat dining table beneath grapevines, a wood-fired oven, a fire pit set in a meadow of helichrysum, and a flower and vegetable garden—perfect for relaxed, convivial moments.

Montepulciano, Cortona, and Lake Trasimeno are around 20 minutes away, while Siena, Assisi, Perugia, Pienza, and the Val d’Orcia are reachable within an hour. Florence is under 90 minutes away, with nearby train stations offering convenient rail connections.
