Accommodations
The property accommodates up to 14 guests in warm and inviting interiors characterized by exposed beams, natural light, and a refined rustic style. The layout includes 5 double bedrooms, 1 room with two single beds, and an additional sofa-bed for two more guests. Each space is designed to evoke the comfort of a true home, offering privacy, tranquility, and an intimate connection with the countryside.

Living Areas & Outdoor Spaces
Arriving from the elevated parking area, a flight of Roman stone steps leads down to a charming porch that opens into the villa. On the opposite side, a second porch—enclosed with sliding glass windows—serves as a delightful outdoor dining area furnished with sofas and tables.
A front lawn hosts the barbecue area and a cozy outdoor living space overlooking a picturesque wooded valley.
The interiors include a welcoming fireplace lounge, a breakfast and lunch room, and multiple cozy corners ideal for reading, relaxing, or sharing moments with friends and family.
The garden, lush and partially terraced, embraces the villa and frames a uniquely shaped swimming pool—a true vantage point suspended over sweeping landscapes.
