Currently, Miani Group is finalizing a third annex, built through demolition and reconstruction, to complete the estate’s accommodation offer. The project has been developed in close collaboration with the client to optimize layout, usability, and comfort: the final configuration includes a total of 18 beds, all in en-suite bedrooms, distributed among the Villa, the Guesthouse, and the new Guest Annex, with solutions suitable for individual guests or groups.
The interiors have been designed to combine elegance and functionality: spacious and convivial living areas, well-equipped kitchens for high-level service, dining rooms, double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, spaces for smart working, and cozy relaxation areas. The finishes feature natural and local materials, custom-made furnishings, and tailored lighting solutions.
From a systems perspective, the interventions include high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, smart home automation, renewable energy production solutions, and advanced water management, all aimed at ensuring comfort and sustainability. The outdoor areas are organized to enhance the guest experience: footpaths, relaxation areas, sun terraces, outdoor dining spaces, and scenic viewpoints overlooking the surrounding landscape. Plans are in place for dedicated outdoor guest amenities such as BBQ areas, spaces for outdoor activities, and nature trails.
