The project involves the entire real estate complex, covering a total area of approximately 5,000 sqm, and includes the renovation of residential units, the restoration of deteriorated structures, and the complete restyling of the central building, which serves as both the iconic landmark and functional core of the intervention.
As Project Manager, Emanuela leads the multidisciplinary team and coordinates all phases of the construction process: time and budget planning, supplier and contractor management, quality control, and stakeholder and client relations. She ensures the optimization of time and cost, the implementation of risk management procedures, and the adoption of sustainable solutions in compliance with current regulations.

In her role as Interior Designer, Emanuela develops the overall project vision, conducting an in-depth study of the interior spaces to enhance their usability and aesthetic-functional balance. The design concept aims to preserve and honor the architectural identity of the typical medieval castle—its materials, historical features, and spatial perspectives—while integrating measured, reversible contemporary interventions. The project includes the selection of materials and finishes, custom furniture design, lighting design, definition of color palettes and textiles, as well as solutions for environmental comfort and energy efficiency.
Emanuela also coordinates specialist consultations (conservation restoration, structural engineering, MEP systems, lighting design) to ensure a coherent dialogue between aesthetic value and modern usability.
Thanks to Emanuela’s integrated approach and the expertise of her team, the project aims to restore the property’s image with renewed value, balancing strategic management, high-quality design, and respect for the site’s historical character.
